New Site!

As a LONG time management veteran I found myself with a few issues…..

I am having to completely RE-DO my website because it suddenly crashed…… As in not able to get emails, login to my blog, or even FIND it with Google.

The web-designer I had that built it the last time is no where to be found and there is not a “help desk” because she said she WAS my help desk.   So when my site went down there was NO ONE to contact.

It’s okay though, it will be back up within a week……….  AND I started my own company that builds websites because I have been SO dissappointed with my experience!!  I knew HTML when I was younger, worked with sites, etc.  I just hadn’t done it in the last decade, but guess what??????

But guess what?  As a manager it’s not just what YOU know….  It’s what YOU can do with talent and how you utilize it.  I know what other people need and I know what I needed in regards to websites, so why not make a company and “get ‘er dun!”

There are several things I’m really good at………..

• Hiring and recruiting quality people.
• Communicating clear goals and guidelines.
• Communicating deadlines, managing issues, etc.
• Motivating people to achieve the results I want.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Asking detailed questions so customers get exactly what they are looking for.
• Ensuring customer/client needs are met and over-exceeded.
• Follow up, follow up, follow up…………
• Finding solutions to problems.

So there I am………  Two businesses and guess what??  I couldn’t be happier!!  I LOVE working LONG days and unlike a lot of people who work for themselves who want to work LESS, I am excited to work MORE and have more stress!!!

So check back on this site, I am going to have to work on this around other clients!
